If you wish to be an link exchange, just apply. :] Link exchanges are quite different, not like affiliates at all. What I call them are, "Talkative Business Partners." Sometimes, you can talk to them if you want, but you don't talk to them as much as affiliates. Sometimes, you don't even talk at all. What here is, you list each other on one page or all pages, but point is: you don't talk as much as affiliates.
